- Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Cryogenic Plastics Inc, a Texas corporation doing business as P-Ayr Products and Mockup Motors (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 1098 Windy Hill Road, Kyle, Texas 78640, United States.
By accessing or using mockupmotors.com (the “Site”) or placing an order through the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors, browsers, customers, and others who access or use the Site.
- About Our Products
Nature of Products
All products sold by Mockup Motors are non-functional plastic replica mockups manufactured by Cryogenic Plastics Inc / P-Ayr Products. Our products are lightweight, durable replicas designed to replicate the appearance of actual engines, transmissions, and automotive components. They are not functional mechanical parts and must not be used as such under any circumstances.
Authorized Uses
Our products are designed and sold exclusively for the following purposes:
- Display and collection — decorative or show exhibits
- Frame fabrication and custom builds — planning and fitting custom vehicle frames
- Mock-up for fitment — planning performance build layouts
- Technical and vocational training — automotive education environments
- Prototyping — industrial design and prototype development
WARNING: Any use of our products outside of these authorized purposes — including any attempt to install or operate our products as functional mechanical components — is strictly prohibited. The Company expressly disclaims all liability for any injury, property damage, or loss arising from any unauthorized use of its products.
Product Representations
All products are manufactured entirely by Cryogenic Plastics Inc / P-Ayr Products. Our products are generic replicas and do not bear, incorporate, or reproduce any trademarked logos, brand names, or registered marks of any third-party automotive manufacturer, including but not limited to Chevrolet, Ford, Chrysler, Honda, or Cummins. References to engine families or model names on our Site are used solely for identification and fitment description purposes.
Product Availability
Because we manufacture our own products, most items are consistently available. In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed but before shipment, we will contact you directly. We will offer you the option to wait for the item or receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Pricing and Taxes
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping charges. Both are calculated at checkout based on delivery address, product weight, and dimensions. The final total will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
- Guest Checkout and Customer Information
No Account Required
Mockup Motors does not require customers to create a user account. All orders are processed through our guest checkout system. At checkout, you will be asked to provide:
- Full name
- Email address
- Shipping and billing address
- Phone number
You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information at checkout. The Company is not responsible for failed deliveries or processing errors resulting from inaccurate information.
No Passwords or Login Credentials
Because no user accounts are created, no passwords or login credentials are generated or stored. There is no customer portal or account dashboard.
- Order Cancellations, Custom Orders, and Payment Authorization
Cancellation Requests
All requests to cancel an order must be submitted in writing and sent via email to customerservice@cpitx.com. Cancellation requests are not effective unless and until received and confirmed in writing by the Company. The Company reserves the sole and absolute discretion to approve or deny any cancellation request.
Cancellation Deadlines
Orders may only be eligible for cancellation prior to processing, production, or shipment. Once an order has entered processing, production, fulfillment, or shipment, it may not be canceled.
Custom and Special Orders
All custom, special-order, made-to-order, personalized, or modified items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange once production has commenced.
Restocking Fees
Approved cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% of the total order amount, in addition to any non-recoverable processing fees, merchant fees, or costs incurred by the Company prior to cancellation.
Payment Authorization
By placing an order, Customer represents and warrants that they are the lawful and authorized holder of the payment method provided. Customer expressly and irrevocably authorizes the Company to charge the payment method for the full order amount, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, service fees, restocking fees, and any other amounts due under these Terms.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customer agrees not to initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with their financial institution for charges that are authorized and valid under these Terms. In the event of a violation, Customer agrees to remain liable for the full amount owed, plus any administrative fees, collection costs, merchant processing penalties, and reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred by the Company.
- Payment Methods
All transactions are processed securely through Square (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). We accept the following payment methods:
- Major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Debit cards with a major card network logo
- Apple Pay (supported via Square)
- Google Pay (supported via Square)
We do not accept PayPal, ACH transfers, wire transfers, purchase orders, cryptocurrency, or checks. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be successfully authorized.
- No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. Mockup Motors does not accept product returns or exchanges except in cases where an item was damaged in transit or arrives materially different from what was ordered, as described in Section 7. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that no return, exchange, or refund will be issued except as expressly provided in these Terms.
- Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Carriers
We ship all orders via FedEx and UPS. Carrier selection is determined by the Company. Customers may not request a specific carrier.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Shipping Notification
The Company will notify the Customer via email upon shipment, including tracking information from the carrier.
Standard Shipping Only
We offer standard ground shipping only. Expedited, express, priority, and overnight options are not available.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to the United States (all 50 states) and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside of the U.S. and Canada.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are determined solely by the selected carrier (FedEx or UPS). The Company does not guarantee specific delivery dates. Use your tracking number for current estimates directly from the carrier.
Canadian Orders — Duties, Taxes, and Customs
For orders shipped to Canada, all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. Customs documentation is handled directly by FedEx or UPS. The declared customs value reflects the full purchase price as required by law.
Lost Packages
If your order is confirmed lost in transit, contact customerservice@cpitx.com. The Company will investigate and, at our discretion, issue a replacement or full refund to the original payment method.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives with physical damage, you must:
- Photograph the damaged packaging and product before opening or discarding any materials.
- Notify us as soon as possible by emailing customerservice@cpitx.com with your order number and photos attached.
Failure to document and report damage promptly may limit our ability to file a carrier insurance claim. Standard FedEx and UPS carrier insurance applies to all shipments. No additional third-party shipping insurance is offered.
- No Warranties — Products Sold “As Is”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Because our products are non-functional replicas, no warranty of mechanical performance, durability under mechanical stress, or fitness for vehicular operation is given or implied.
- Limitation of Liability
THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM UNAUTHORIZED OR IMPROPER USE OF ITS PRODUCTS OUTSIDE THE AUTHORIZED USES DESCRIBED IN SECTION 2.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities. In such jurisdictions, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Intellectual Property
Company Ownership
All Site content — including text, product descriptions, photography, graphics, the “Mockup Motors” and “P-Ayr Products” trade names, and all product designs — are the exclusive intellectual property of Cryogenic Plastics Inc, protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.
Prohibited Uses
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, upload, transmit, scrape, or commercially exploit any Site content without prior written permission from the Company. Unauthorized use may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
Third-Party Marks
Our products do not incorporate any trademarked logos of third-party automotive manufacturers. References to brand names or engine designations are used solely for identification purposes and do not imply affiliation with or endorsement from any third-party brand owner.
- Social Media and User-Generated Content
Official Social Media Accounts
The Company maintains official social media presence on the following platforms:

User-Generated Content
Customers are welcome to share photos of our products on personal social media accounts and may tag our official accounts. The Company may share or repost such content at its sole discretion with appropriate credit. The Company does not operate an official hashtag program.
Disclaimer Regarding Third-Party Content
The Company is not responsible for content posted by third parties on social media or other public forums. The Company reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against any party posting false, defamatory, or illegal content about the Company or its products.
- Disclaimer — Site Content and Accuracy
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not warrant that Site content is error-free or complete. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, the Company reserves the right to cancel any such order regardless of whether payment has been processed.
- Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, labor strikes, government restrictions, power outages, or supply chain disruptions. The Company will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and resume operations as quickly as possible.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hays County, Texas.
Informal Mediation First
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal mediation for 30 days following written notice of the dispute. If unresolved, either party may pursue legal remedies in Hays County, Texas courts.
Class Action Waiver
Any dispute resolution shall be conducted on an individual basis only — not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cryogenic Plastics Inc, P-Ayr Products, Mockup Motors, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use of the Site or purchase of products
- Any unauthorized or improper use of our products
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Any false or inaccurate information provided at checkout
- Third-Party Links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. The Company does not control or endorse any third-party sites. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms and conditions.
- Modifications to These Terms
The Company may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with an updated “Last Updated” date and a Site notice for at least 30 days. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable. All remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (mockupmotors.com/privacy-policy) and Shipping Policy (mockupmotors.com/shipping-policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties.
