- Overview
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through mockupmotors.com and describes how Cryogenic Plastics Inc, doing business as P-Ayr Products and Mockup Motors (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), processes, ships, and delivers products to customers in the United States and Canada.
By placing an order on our Site, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy. This Policy is incorporated into and made part of our Terms and Conditions, available at mockupmotors.com/terms-and-conditions.
- Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Processing time begins after successful payment authorization. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been handed off to the carrier.
Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
- Shipping Carriers
Mockup Motors ships all orders exclusively via FedEx and UPS. The carrier for your order is selected by the Company based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your shipment. Customers may not request a specific carrier.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to monitor your delivery status directly on the carrier’s website (fedex.com or ups.com).
- Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:
- Destination address (United States or Canada)
- Actual weight of the shipment
- Dimensional weight, as determined by FedEx/UPS guidelines
- Package dimensions
Dimensional weight is used by FedEx and UPS to calculate shipping costs for large, lightweight packages. Because our replica engines and transmissions are large in size, dimensional weight may result in a higher shipping rate than actual weight alone. The exact shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). The final shipping charge, applicable taxes, and order total will be presented at checkout prior to payment.
- Shipping Methods
Mockup Motors currently offers standard ground shipping only. We do not offer expedited, express, priority, 2-day, or overnight shipping at this time.
We do not offer in-store pickup, local delivery, or will-call options.
- Shipping Destinations
United States
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.), APO/FPO military addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
Canada
We ship to Canada. Canadian orders are subject to import duties, customs fees, and provincial/federal taxes. All applicable charges for Canadian shipments are calculated and collected at checkout — there are no surprise fees upon delivery.
Customs documentation is prepared and submitted directly by FedEx or UPS as part of the shipping process. The declared customs value on all documentation reflects the full purchase price of the product, as required by U.S. and Canadian law.
The Company does not ship to international destinations outside of the United States and Canada at this time.
- Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after shipment depend entirely on the destination and the selected carrier’s current service standards. The Company does not guarantee specific delivery dates. Delivery estimates are provided by FedEx and UPS and may vary based on destination, weather, carrier volume, and other factors outside our control.
To check the current estimated delivery date for your shipment, use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email on the carrier’s website:
- FedEx: fedex.com/tracking
- UPS: ups.com/track
The Company is not responsible for carrier delays once the shipment has been handed to FedEx or UPS.
- Shipping Restrictions
The following restrictions apply to all orders:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
- We do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses
- We do not ship to U.S. territories or protectorates
- We do not ship to countries outside the United States and Canada
- All orders must have a valid physical delivery address
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order with an undeliverable or invalid shipping address and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
- Shipment Tracking and Notifications
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing:
- Your carrier name (FedEx or UPS)
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your shipment directly with the carrier
It may take up to 24 hours after your tracking number is issued for carrier tracking information to become active. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at customerservice@cpitx.com.
- Oversize and Dimensional Weight Shipments
All of our replica engines, transmissions, and large assemblies are considered oversize items and are subject to dimensional weight calculations by FedEx and UPS. Dimensional weight is determined by the size of the package, not its actual weight, and may result in a higher shipping cost.
Example: A replica engine that weighs 15 lbs but ships in a large box may be billed at a 45 lb rate due to its dimensions. This is an industry-standard practice applied by both FedEx and UPS.
The accurate shipping cost for your specific order — including any oversize or dimensional weight adjustments — will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
- Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has not moved for an extended period, or if FedEx/UPS confirms that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately at customerservice@cpitx.com with your order number and tracking information.
The Company will take responsibility for investigating lost shipment claims with the carrier. Upon confirmation that a package is lost, we will at our discretion:
- Ship a replacement product at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund to the original payment method
The Company will not be responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout but are reported as not received by the Customer. In such cases, the Customer is responsible for contacting the carrier or local authorities.
- Damaged Packages
If your order arrives with visible physical damage to the packaging or the product, please follow these steps immediately:
- Do NOT discard the original packaging or any materials.
- Photograph the exterior of the box, all sides, before opening.
- Photograph the damaged product once removed from the packaging.
- Email customerservice@cpitx.com as soon as possible with your order number and all photos attached.
Failure to document and report damage promptly may limit or void our ability to file a carrier insurance claim on your behalf. We ask that you report damage in the shortest time possible after delivery.
Standard carrier insurance coverage provided by FedEx and UPS is included with all shipments. The Company does not offer additional third-party shipping insurance. Upon confirmation of a valid damage claim, we will at our discretion arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
- Shipping Insurance
All shipments are covered by the standard carrier liability coverage provided automatically by FedEx and UPS at no additional cost to the customer. The Company does not charge for, or offer, additional third-party shipping insurance.
Standard FedEx and UPS carrier liability applies to lost or damaged packages as governed by the respective carrier’s terms of service. The Company will file all necessary carrier claims on behalf of the Customer in the event of a confirmed loss or damage.
- Address Accuracy and Delivery Failures
You are solely responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. The Company is not responsible for:
- Failed delivery attempts resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address
- Packages returned to sender due to an undeliverable address
- Additional shipping charges incurred to re-ship an order due to address errors
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout. You may choose to have the order re-shipped at your expense, or receive a refund of the product price minus any non-recoverable shipping and handling costs.
- Order Changes After Placement
Once an order has been submitted and payment has been confirmed, changes to the shipping address or order contents may not be possible. If you need to modify your order, contact us immediately at customerservice@cpitx.com.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate address changes before the order enters the fulfillment process. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional carrier fees.
- Force Majeure — Shipping Delays
The Company shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, carrier disruptions, labor strikes, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions, port closures, or supply chain disruptions.
In the event of a significant carrier delay or disruption, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and provide updated delivery information as it becomes available.
- Signature Requirement for Drop Ship Orders
All drop ship orders require a signature upon delivery. By placing a drop ship order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that an authorized individual must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package. The Company is not responsible for delays resulting from failed delivery attempts due to the absence of a recipient available to sign.
